Bus & Parking Information Buses can enter through Gate 3 located off of Prairie Ave at Hardy St. Proceed straight past towards stop sign. Busses dropping passengers off at the Main Entrance please proceed to the left. Busses dropping passengers at the Turf Club or Clubhouse, please proceed to the right. Parking is not included in group sales packages. Self parking is free and valet parking is $8 per car. Your deposit will be refunded 100% if your group cancels more than 30 full days prior to your event. Deposit on advance bookings should be received as soon as possible and no later than one month prior to event. For bookings less than a month in advance, the deposit should be sent immediately. Deposits may be made with a check or a credit card payment. Receipt of your deposit confirms your date. Food Counts The group sales office will call two weeks out to ask for a final. A minimum of 15 persons is required to receive group rates. A minimum of 50 persons is required for buffet service.
